Doll Family

So, I was trying to get myself to draw today and was having trouble finding something to inspire me.

I'm not sure if it was 's cupcake people or my chess piece that inspired me to do these Nesting Doll representation of my family. It was just a silly idea that I decided to latch onto so I would draw since I hadn't in a few days. I actually have a set of blank Nesting Dolls that need painting, but I've never been able to decide what to paint on them. That also fueled the fire to draw these.

I'll probably go back and color this eventually, but I just didn't feel like it tonight. I guess I'm still sort of mulling over how to color them.

So...

1st it's my hubby with his cat Tule and some of his D&D stuff, including a roll of die in his shirt pocket!
2nd - me and art stuff and my cat B.B. I thought about adding my stitching stuff too, but rand out of room to put it on.
3rd - El with her lovey "Sheep" and our cat Tanner, who is quite a huge cat next to her, though she is growing and he, due to his recent diagnosis of Diabetes, is shrinking a bit. Still, I liked the idea of making him so much HUGER than the other cats, and on El's doll, since he's the only one who really lets her near him (that is, if he isn't already laying on her!)
