Angel Ornament

Yeah...not a great title, but then again, we're not really here for titles are we?

The end of the year and the annual exchange is happening!  The ONLY theme here is to make an ornament or biscornu to exchange with another stitcher.  You can make it seasonal, or just really pretty...whatever you want just make it a cross stitched piece and finish it however you like.

Uh, yeah, like I don't have enough things to do and projects to finish!    STILL, I've been wanting to participate in thisbut have been busy, absent, or just too overwhelmed to do it.  So, excited I was able to sign up AND actually get it done! :cheer:

So, again, using what I had, this little angel was perfect to fit in the pendant I found on the clearance rack (you may remember it's twin with the sunflower x-stitch! August 2017 Neglected Floss SAL), which fit perfectly in a balsa wood ring I've had a few years, which once painted, matched very nicely (I was pleased to experiment and find blending white acrylic paint over Crayola blue maker makes a beautiful light blue).  Adding the snowflake button just seemed to complete the ornament.  So, I'm extraordinarily pleased at how well it all turned out. 

So yeah...I'm happy and patting myself on the back a lot, so I will stop now. 

I hope who ever gets it enjoys it too.
